Once you have selected and customized your home, the order goes to the manufacturer. Manufacturing typically takes 8 to 16 weeks depending on the model, customizations, and production schedule. During this time, site preparation can begin on your property: foundation, utility connections, driveway, and landscaping. This parallel process is one of the real advantages of factory-built housing — it shaves months off the overall timeline.
Delivery day and professional installation
The completed home is transported from the factory to your site. A licensed installation contractor places the home on the prepared foundation, connects utilities, and completes all site work.
